ENERGIE PROJEKTE SUED plans, develops, and delivers ground-mounted photovoltaic installations across Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg. Our portfolio spans both fully approved projects and an extensive pipeline of developments in progress. Our current portfolio comprises six fully approved solar projects with a combined capacity of around 90 megawatts under the EEG. Beyond that, we are actively developing a pipeline of additional ground-mounted PV installations exceeding 150 MW \u2013 at various stages, from site acquisition through to final permitting.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Flagship project: G\u00fclstein Solar Park<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Our flagship project is the G\u00fclstein Solar Park, located south of Stuttgart. With an installed capacity of 9.5 MWp, it showcases our technical expertise and drive for innovation. The project exemplifies our approach: meticulous site selection, close collaboration with local authorities and municipalities, and uncompromising technical execution.<\/p>\n

Building on the success of G\u00fclstein, we are developing further ground-mounted photovoltaic installations across Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg with a combined capacity of over 90 MW. We hold exclusive access to privileged sites \u2013 including all required permits \u2013 which form the foundation for our growth in the years ahead.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Phase A: Approved Projects<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In the first phase of our business model, we focus on securing sites and obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals. All projects in our current Phase A are situated in southern Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg and have either successfully completed the permitting process or are in the final stages of approval.<\/p>\n

The next EEG commissioning of our solar parks is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. Land lease agreements covering 30 years are already in place, and the government-backed energy offtake guarantee of 20 years has been secured by official notice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Phase B: Planning and Construction<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In the second phase, we move into the planning and construction of our approved solar parks \u2013 after which the projects are transferred to investors. Where needed, we offer comprehensive support across a wide range of areas, from liaising with mayors and authorities to planning services and technical project management.<\/p>
