Our current portfolio comprises six fully approved solar projects with a combined capacity of around 90 megawatts (MW). All sites are located in southern Baden-Württemberg and have either already received regulatory approval or are expected to do so shortly.
Our flagship development, the Gülstein Solar Park south of Stuttgart, boasts an installed capacity of 9.5 MWp – a testament to our expertise in large-scale photovoltaic installations.
Beyond our current portfolio, we are actively advancing further developments. Our pipeline holds additional projects with a total capacity exceeding 150 MW.
ENERGIE PROJEKTE SUED operates a two-phase business model. In the first phase, we secure sites, obtain all necessary permits, and bring projects to construction-ready status. In the second phase, we plan and build the solar parks – then offer the completed installations to investors for acquisition.
We create additional value through innovative storage solutions for both green and grey electricity. Strategic asset sales – for example, after one year of operation – are also part of our model. Demand for operational solar parks continues to grow, opening up attractive exit opportunities for our partners and investors.
