Our current portfolio comprises six fully approved solar projects with a combined capacity of around 90 megawatts under the EEG. Beyond that, we are actively developing a pipeline of additional ground-mounted PV installations exceeding 150 MW – at various stages, from site acquisition through to final permitting.
Our flagship project is the Gülstein Solar Park, located south of Stuttgart. With an installed capacity of 9.5 MWp, it showcases our technical expertise and drive for innovation. The project exemplifies our approach: meticulous site selection, close collaboration with local authorities and municipalities, and uncompromising technical execution.
Building on the success of Gülstein, we are developing further ground-mounted photovoltaic installations across Baden-Württemberg with a combined capacity of over 90 MW. We hold exclusive access to privileged sites – including all required permits – which form the foundation for our growth in the years ahead.
In the first phase of our business model, we focus on securing sites and obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals. All projects in our current Phase A are situated in southern Baden-Württemberg and have either successfully completed the permitting process or are in the final stages of approval.
The next EEG commissioning of our solar parks is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. Land lease agreements covering 30 years are already in place, and the government-backed energy offtake guarantee of 20 years has been secured by official notice.
In the second phase, we move into the planning and construction of our approved solar parks – after which the projects are transferred to investors. Where needed, we offer comprehensive support across a wide range of areas, from liaising with mayors and authorities to planning services and technical project management.
